BRAND IDENTITY
Discoveries is a multipurpose venue located in Dundee, Scotland.
The center hosts a variety of events such as concerts, exhibits and live theatre.
An event space for the city of Dundee to celebrate their culture.
Discoveries is named after Dundee’s love for science and exploration. This identity inspires those far and wide to visit Dundee and celebrate their rich history and culture.
A CLOSER LOOK
By utilizing angles seen in the logo, posters, tickets and all major touch points are framed in a way that creates a visual language for this identity.
PROCESS
The main inspiration for the logo was Dundee's architecture. After my initial explore, the logo was crafted to be a simplified version of the latticework seen in the Tay Rail Bridge, framed within the letter D.
